The LI Titans Baseball app is a private team app. It is used by our coaches, our players' parents, and family and friends they invite. Players are children; they do not have accounts. This page explains what the app keeps, why, and who can see it.
What we keep
- Your account: your email address and the name you choose, so the team knows who you are.
- Team information: players' first and last names, jersey numbers and positions; the schedule; lineups; game scores, play-by-play and statistics; RSVPs; volunteer sign-ups; coach posts; and photos families add to game albums.
- Your device: a notification token, if you turn notifications on, so we can send team alerts.
Who can see it
- Only people a coach has invited. Coaches, parents and family & friends each see what their role needs; for example, only coaches see coach notes, and only a player's own parents see that player's development cards once a coach shares them.
- We never sell or rent any information, and there is no advertising in the app.
Services we use
- Supabase stores the team's data and photos and runs our server code.
- Apple delivers notifications.
- Anthropic (Claude) powers Coach AI features for coaches. It receives statistics with players' first names and jersey numbers only, not last names or contact details, and is not used to train AI models.
- YouTube (Google): if a coach connects the team's YouTube channel, the app uses Google's YouTube API to create each game's live stream (titled from the schedule, Unlisted, marked Made for Kids) on that channel. The app only uses this access to create and manage the team's own live broadcasts. The connection is stored on our server and can be disconnected at any time in the app (Account → Streaming) or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Use of YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
The app's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Children
The app is for adults: coaches and the parents and relatives they invite. Children do not create accounts or use the app. Information about players is provided by their coaches and parents for running the team.
Removing information
Ask a coach to remove you from the team, or email us to delete your account and anything you added. Coaches can delete photos, posts and other team records at any time.
